I have been dedicated to re-framing and re-defining the narrative of women and leadership for over 25 years. I was a trailblazer for women in my first chosen profession as one of the first licensed and ordained pastors in my denomination. I mentored, led, and furthered the development of countless women (and men) in my 20 years as a pastor.
My passion and mission is to inspire, educate, and enable professional women to reclaim their relationship with power so that they can give voice to their authentic leadership style. As a coach I offer professional women a place to explore who they really are, their strengths as a female leader, and their power to succeed on their own terms.
Women hold the keys to their own economic, innovative, and professional success. In order to unlock the most important doors and claim more power, we must rewrite the limiting beliefs and cultural narratives that have held us back and accept the power that is ours now. Over the years writing, speaking, leading,and coaching women, I’ve learned valuable lessons about what actually empowers women.
