WHAT IS GROUP COACHING?
Partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential. Coaching is a distinct service and differs greatly from therapy, consulting, mentoring or training. Individuals who engage in a coaching relationship can expect to experience fresh perspectives on personal challenges and opportunities, enhanced thinking and decision-making skills, enhanced interpersonal effectiveness, and increased confidence in carrying out their chosen work and life roles.

People who want to make a change in their life, gain clarity for their personal and professional life, are ready to do the hard work to set and achieve goals, need structure and accountability, are ready to be challenged and encouraged to be your best and and achieve your best, are ready to strengthen your personal foundation, creative and innovative people who need the support and structure a coach brings.
WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF HIRING A COACH?
Professional coaching brings many wonderful benefits: fresh perspectives on personal challenges, enhanced decision-making skills, greater interpersonal effectiveness, and increased confidence. And, the list does not end there. Those who undertake coaching also can expect appreciable improvement in productivity, satisfaction with life and work, and the attainment of relevant goals.
HOW IS COACHING DELIVERED AND HOW OFTEN DO WE MEET?
Individual Coaching is typically delivered via telephone, Skype, or Zoom at the preference of the Client.
Group Coaching and on-line courses are delivered via Zoom. Individual coaching is typically a three to six month commitment with three 60-minute calls per month. Group Coaching is six to eight week commitment with one 60-minute call per week.
WHAT IS GROUP COACHING?
Learning in a group with a focus typically on personal growth and development, although not always. It is a robust weekly conversation formed around topic sand goals the group creates and agrees upon.

I trained with Coach U, the leading global provider of coach training programs. I completed the Core Essentials Coach Training in 2013 and the Advanced Corporate Coach Training in 2014. The Advanced Coaching Program™ (ACP™) meets the academic requirements for becoming an Associate Certified Coach (ACC), Professional Certified Coach (PCC) or Master Certified Coach (MCC) through the International Coach Federation (ICF). I also trained with ADD Coach Academy.

COACHING VS THERAPY
A counselor or therapist brings focus to the life an individual is living as it relates to past, often childhood issues. A typical outcome of counseling is healing the individual, the creation of more useful and healthy coping skills.
COACHING VS CONSULTING
A consultant is employed to deliver end result that meets a specific need or goal The consultant takes responsibility for the project and is a specialist with expertise in a given situation or industry, providing content and expert knowledge. A consultant focuses on what needs to be accomplished.
COACHING VS MENTORING
A mentor is an expert with knowledge in a particular field or within a particular company who can guide us forward within a company, field, or time/space in life, by benefiting from her or his experience.
