ABOUT ME
Pam Larson, is an Associate Certified Coach, Author, and Speaker whose clients experience breakthroughs by discovering WHO they are, WHAT they do best in the world, and HOW they do it. Pam is an expert in guiding her clients to higher levels of leadership, executive presence, and self-confidence. She has worked with hundreds of satisfied clients since launching her private coaching practice in 2014.
Her clients and workshop participants value her transparent and authentic approach to communicating and her ability to inspire the right actions for each individual.
Pam takes a unique approach to deepening her clients understanding of their unique personality and wiring, their strengths in the workforce, and how they learn and process in order to live a more satisfying and productive professional and personal life.
Pam's strength as a coach, blogger, and speaker is her authentic and transparent approach to partnering with her clients; they know she is 100% for them while at the same time willing to challenge and encourage growth and change. Pam is a thoughtful and candid communicator who connects to her clients with empathy and humor. She cares for her clients at a very deep level and provides support and inspiration through her wisdom and intuitive abilities.
After working with her private coaching clients for hundreds of hours, Pam has discovered that while happy and successful people definitely have many things in common, what is more important, is that each person's unique personality and wiring, strengths, and how they learn best understanding about themselves at a deep level and that when these gifts or strengths are applied with confidence and belief, there is no limit on the peace, prosperity and quality of life that one can create.
Pam has co-authored several e-books including "Blueprint For An Overwhelmproof Life" and "ReSet: A Guide For A Fresh Start."
Pam is a devoted wife, mother and grandmother who lives and works in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Her husband Kevin, son Daniel, his wife Monica and their son Hawken (Pam's first grandchild and light of her life) and daughter Kayla inspire her every day to use her strengths and gifts to support and advocate for her clients on their journey towards the life they want to live.
Before becoming a Coach, Pam was a pastor on the staff of a large Church where she developed scores of volunteer teams, created and grew programs, wrote curriculum, and mentored emerging leaders. She was also a popular speaker and teacher. In 2011 Pam resigned her pastoral leadership position of 17 years to pursue a new path as a professionally trained and certified coach.

Currently, Pam is pursuing a long desired goal of earning her master's degree in social work specializing in psychology and human development. She will also achieve another goal when she earns her Professional Certified Coach (PCC) status with the International Coach Federation (ICF) in2018.
